One team,
many lived-in ideas.
We design homes with a strong sense of their setting and a soft spot for the things that make them yours. Our work sits somewhere between architecture and atmosphere.
From the first conversation to the last cushion, we take care of the whole picture. The result is calm, characterful and never too finished.
Selected work
A selection of recent projects, each one shaped around the people who call it home.
A considered whole.
What we do
From the bones of a building to the final layer, we bring every part of a home into one clear conversation.
- Interior Design for New Construction
- Kitchen & Bath Design
- Purchasing & Expediting
- Project Management & Scheduling
- Remodels
- Curated Fixtures & Furnishings
- General Contracting
Design build
Designed and built without the handoff.
When the same team draws the plans and swings the hammer, nothing gets lost between them. We handle the drawings, the permits, the trades, and the schedule — so you have one number to call and one team answering for the whole renovation.
Home remodeling
Kitchens, baths, and whole-home renovations.
We manage every trade on site so you’re not chasing anyone to get a named point of contact, regular updates, and a schedule you can hold everyone to — in projects from a single bath to a full gut renovation.
Interior design
Furnishings, finishes, and the final layer.
Color, materials, lighting, and furniture — pulled together so the finished rooms look considered rather than assembled. Available as the last phase of a build, or as a way to carry on a home’s character already lived in.
